• Upload data: audio files, titles, descriptions, genres, mood tags, and other metadata you provide when uploading.
• Download & usage data: tracks you download, timestamps, and basic activity logs for abuse prevention and analytics.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, device type, and access logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To display uploader credits alongside downloaded tracks.
• To send transactional emails (signup confirmation, password reset).
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.

4. Data Processors & Third-Party Services

• Supabase - acts as our data processor for authentication, database, and file storage. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Google OAuth - used for optional Google sign-in. Google may receive authentication metadata per its own privacy policy.
• Gmail SMTP - used to deliver transactional emails to registered users.
• Cloudflare - provides CDN, DDoS protection, and may set technical cookies for security.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Authentication cookies - to keep you logged in.
• Cloudflare cookies - for security and bot mitigation.
• Preference cookies - to remember UI settings.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some Platform features may not work correctly.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention. Uploaded content you have made public may remain available in aggregated or anonymized form.
